    職位描述
    
               1、為確保產品生產完成的及時性和產品質量的符合性，建立標準工作流程和操作工藝管理和維護客戶提供的工裝。
    Establish  all  kinds  of  standard  operation  procedure  and  operation  processes  in  detail  to  manage,  maintain  and  repair  customer  tooling,  and  ensure  production  completion  timeliness  and  quality  with  conformance  tooling.
    2、為了改進工藝過程和生產過程，為生產部門和相關部門提供給設計，制造和維護輔助工裝。
    Ensure  to  improve  process  flow  and  productivity  improvement,  design,  fabricate  and  maintain  shop  aid  (tooling)  for  production  or  related  department.
    3、在整個工藝過程中跟蹤，分析和解決工裝問題，為工裝管理提供更深入和細致的信息。為所有項目，客戶和供應商提供技術支持。
    Track,  analyze  and  solve  the  tooling  issue  during  whole  process  flow  to  find  root  cause  and  provide  further  detail  information  for  tooling  management.  To  provide  technique  support  for  all  programs,  customers  and  supplier.
    4、了解模具制造工藝，能夠審查供應商提供的模具制造方案和檢測方案，跟蹤模具制造過程、檢驗過程、驗收過程，處理過程問題和偏差。
    know  well  about  tooling  manufacturing  process,  be  able  to  review  the  manufacturing  plan  and  inspection  plan  provided  by  the  supplier,  track  tooling  manufacturing  process,  inspection  process,  acceptance  process,  could  deal  with  process  problems  and  deviations.
    5、為工裝團隊和相關人員安排和提供相應的培訓來提高和改進工裝工作技能和操作。
    Prepare  training  materials,  arrange  and  provide  trainings  to  tooling  team  or  related  operators  to  improve  their  tooling  skill  and  operation.
    6、實施工具制造報價的業務流程、新產品報價的工具輸入、涉及成本估算、進度協調和實施的工具配置變更  /  Implement  the  business  process  for  tool  fabrication  quotes,  tooling  input  for  new  product  quotes,  tooling  configuration  changes  that  involve  cost  estimation,  schedule  coordination,  and  implementation.
