    職位描述
    
               1、樹立安全第一的理念，確保遵守公司健康、安全和環(huán)境的政策和標準/Exemplifying  a  safety-first  mindset  and  ensuring  compliance  to  the  policies  and  standards  of  Health,  Safety  and  Environmental;
    2、管理設(shè)施維修技術(shù)員團隊，規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行資產(chǎn)維護，以實現(xiàn)總體設(shè)備效能（OEE）的提升/Manage  a  multi-disciplined  team  to  plan  and  perform  asset  maintenance  to  deliver  incremental  improvements  in  Overall  Equipment  Effectiveness  (OEE);
    3、與持續(xù)改進職能合作伙伴（精益）合作，負責(zé)部署全面生產(chǎn)性維護（TPM）計劃/In  collaboration  with  Continuous  Improvement  Function  partners  (Lean),  accountable  for  deploying  the  Total  Productive  Maintenance  (TPM)  Program;
    4、負責(zé)動力設(shè)施的日常管理，維護,  確保設(shè)施處于良好狀態(tài)/Responsible  for  facility  daily  management  and  maintenance,  ensure  facility  in  good  status;
    5、負責(zé)特種設(shè)備的管理，檢驗，維修，確保符合法規(guī)要求/Responsible  for  special  equipment  management,  calibration  and  maintenance,  ensure  compliance  with  regulatory  requirements;
    6、負責(zé)建筑以及消防設(shè)施的管理，測試，維護，確保符合法規(guī)要求/Responsible  for  building  and  firefighting  system  management,  testing  and  maintenance,  ensure  compliance  with  regulatory  requirements;
    7、負責(zé)公司能耗管理，建立能源管理方案，尋找節(jié)能機會，實現(xiàn)節(jié)約目標/Responsible  for  energy  consumption  management,  establish  energy  management  plan.  Find  energy  saving  plan  to  achieve  energy  saving  target;
    8、負責(zé)現(xiàn)場供應(yīng)商的施工管理，確保施工的安全，質(zhì)量和進度/Responsible  for  onsite  supplier  construction  management,  ensure  achieve  safety,  quality  and  schedule  target;
    9、持續(xù)改進/Continue  improvement  ;
    10、其他公司分配的任務(wù)/Other  task  as  assigned  by  company.
    任職要求：
    1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，工程類專業(yè)/College  degree  is  minimum  requirement  ,Engineering  major；
    2、至少五年設(shè)施管理的工作經(jīng)驗/Requires  a  minimum  of  5  years’  experience  in  facility  management;
    3、持續(xù)改進和精益方法的經(jīng)驗/Experience  of  Continuous  improvement  and  LEAN  methodologies；
    4、有跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先/Prefer  recent  experience  in  a  MNC；
    5、熟悉特種設(shè)備，消防系統(tǒng)管理，壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)，供配電系統(tǒng)，暖通系統(tǒng)，冷凍機等
    /Familiar  with  special  equipment,  firefighting  system,  compressed  air  system,  chiller,  power  supply  system,  HVAC；
    6、擁有低壓電工證，特種設(shè)備管理員證，消防設(shè)備管理員證/Electrician  certificate，Special  Equipment  Administrator  Certificate，F(xiàn)SA；
    7、良好的溝通能力，能在多任務(wù)的狀態(tài)下有序完成工作/Good  communication  skill,Be  able  to  complete  work  in  an  orderly  manner  in  a  multi  task  state.
